JONPONY Ergonomic Office Chair，Swivel Desk Chair with Lumbar Support, Adjustable Height with Armrests for Adults,Black-1

I am giving this chair a workout. I have a 5-ft high walkable crawl space with a cement floor. I'm 5'8 and it's very difficult to walk around down there so I bought this chair and I'm using it to scoot around from place to place, as I work on revamping my storage areas. it is nice looking with a comfortable seat. I am finding it stable and it is serving its purpose. My complaints are these: this chair is rated for 300 lb. I am 200 lb and there is no way a 300 lb person would fit in this chair as I am finding it snug. Secondly, I know I will need new wheels since they will wear out rolling around on concrete; there is no place to order replacement parts. I've only been using it for 2 weeks, and it seems good so far except one day it was making some creaking noises so maybe something slipped out of position - I'll let you know if I end up in a heap on the basement floor. I did not want an expensive chair to start with because it was not sure how good of an idea this was for crawl space transportation. Bottom line - I like it, I just wish it was wider and I knew where I could get the exact wheels for this chair.

The instructions provided listed 3 different types of screws, yet only two types were included, with 3 extras to make you wonder. I usually can put anything together, but had to get my husband to help since the large screws were already in place, but couldn't attach the arms with the smaller screws, they wouldn't connect. So we had to take half of the screws out of the bottom to use on the arms, and use smaller screws on the missing 1/2 of the base legs. Then, once all was together, 3 extra small screws. we checked each screw location and confired all were place, and they sent 3 extra for??? whatever reason. I sat in the chair and raised it as high as it would go and was disappointed that it is not the height I needed for my at home work station. AND returning the chair would mean disassembling the chair to return. I did not have the energy, so they got me on that, but for the price, I'll just let the grandkids use to spin each other when bored. ****I ordered a white chair and got a black one instead. The white chair was $6 more than the black. But since I needed the chair abs didn't want to wait 2-5 days for another chair and the slack hastle with Walmart to pick up my return, (my last return took 3x and 2 weeks before they finally sent someone! I pay for Walmart plus and this is a perk that I pay for). So because of the price and time it takes to disassemble and get picked up, it would be easier to throw in the trash than return!
