I absolutely love how this vegetarian bacon tastes. I do need to cook it in my pan for about six-8 minutes on each side to get it to the crispness that I like. It is not good without being crisp, in my opinion. But the taste is remarkably like real bacon.

If you microwave these strips, they taste just like bacon and are delicious in a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich! I am a former meat eater turned vegetarian and I would highly recommend this product as a substitution for traditional bacon. My granddaughter loves it too!
