A REASONABLE SHEEP IN WOLF'S CLOTHING

You just cannot replace real pork sausage with a vegetable sausage. However, this is a reasonable attempt. It does not taste exactly like sausage, but it taste fairly good. It also just helps me to know that I think I'm eating a bit more healthy than if I truly ate sausage.

It almost is bacon, but better. It does not have the yucky grease to somehow eradicate in the bin, and is delicious if you don't burn it in the microwave. If other foods that one must eliminate from health conscious diets were as good a substitute, we might make real weight progress. Let's keep working 8n it, ok?
