Probably a good product but not for me
I refunded this product but it has nothing to do with the quality of the product. The wrap fits snugly over your face and head, completely covering your eyes and ears. This caused me to feel claustrophobic to the point of inducing an anxiety attack. For people without claustrophobia, I think this headache wrap could provide some relief. On the other hand, if you do experience problems with enclosed spaces or sensory depravation I would recommend trying something else.
