Didn't think I would have

Didn't think I would have much to say about sugar, but this sugar stands out. When the Organic Dark Brown Sugar by Wholesome is sprinkled where liquid lies, it becomes a syrup. This syrup tastes better and is possibly healthier than what it reminds me of corn syrup. The brown sugar dissolves well with little water and becomes quite smooth.

I really liked this brown

I really liked this brown sugar as it wasn't overly sweet. Being organic, minimal processing and sustainably sourced was a plus. I used it for my baking cookies, às a glaze for my ham and even in my cup of tea which I only needed a little for. Will definitely buy again

The Wholesome Organic Dar

The Wholesome Organic Dark Brown Sugar is a fantastic product that I have incorporated into my baking routine. The molasses flavor is rich and deep, giving baked goods a wonderful complexity. It dissolves beautifully in recipes and keeps its moisture well so it does not clump as easily as other brands I have tried. I also love that it is certified organic and fair trade, knowing that the farmers who grew it were treated fairly. The texture is just right for cookies, cakes, and marinades. It is a small premium to pay for a product that supports sustainable farming and gives back to farming communities. I am really happy with this purchase and will continue to buy Wholesome organic sugar going forward.
