Instructions
Deep frying directions: (1) Fill deep fryer no more than 1/3 full with oil. Heat oil to 350 degrees F on medium heat. (2) Pour Zatarain's seasoned fish fry onto plate plastic bag. Use 1/2 cup fish fry per 1 lb. fish. Roll or shake fish fri until evenly coated. Discard any remaining fish fri mixture on plate or in plastic bag.(3) Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, in hot oil until light golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Note: For thicker coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg, before rolling in fish fri.

You need this for your next fish fry!
This is convenient and easy to use. Your fish will have a good coating that you don't lose while frying. The end result is crunchy and flavorful! I didn't add any extras to it and didn't need any sauce! Thanks to Zatarain's for the free Fish Fri Seasoning!

I really enjoyed using this fish fry mix! It gives the fish a crispy texture and a delicious seasoned flavor without being too salty. It was very easy to use and cooked perfectly golden and crunchy. Crispy, flavorful, and gone in minutes
I used Zatarain's Seasoned Fish Fri for frog legs, and they turned out incredible. Honestly, they were eaten so fast I didn't even get a picture before the plate was empty. Compared to other fish fry mixes I've tried, this one had much better flavor without needing a ton of extra seasoning. The coating crisped up perfectly and stayed light instead of heavy or greasy. One of the biggest benefits is how easy it is to use. It saves time while still giving that restaurant-style crunch and flavor. It worked great on frog legs, and I can easily see using it on fish, shrimp, or even chicken. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I would absolutely buy this again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. This one earned a permanent spot in my pantry.
