It is wonderful. I put it under my sons commode chair in place of the bucket. I put the lid %26 seat up on the camping toilet. slid the commode chair over it. Then I put the splash guard from the commode chair, only going into the camping toilet. He is very tall, so I needed the splash guard for the space in between the camping toilet %26 commode. I put his commode seat %26 lid down. It was all set for him. I put an ounce or so of the RV/outhouse toilet solution into the camping toilet for odor %26 breakdown control. It's really nice not having to constantly empty %26 clean commode buckets. It only needs emptying about once a week. Like every Friday, I do it. He still does half his pottying in his diapers. So a super good product for me. I wish I had found it sooner! 🙂

The instructions are a little vague and the pump handle was hard to pull up but it says lubricate the stem with Vaseline. I think it should be fine for a short camping trip.
