I used half of this package along with a pack of GV vanilla pudding to make a quick and easy banana pie without the cost of a pre-made graham pie shell that has added fat. I lined a square baking dish with two layers of GV honey cinnamon grahams broken into quarters along the score marks, sugar side down. I sliced one large banana over the crackers and I mixed the 1 and 1/2 packages with the right amount of 2 percent milk according to directions. It does not take much whisking to thicken this mix lump free. You don't need banana flavored pudding to make banana pies when you have the real thing. I liked the mix of regular and French vanilla flavors along with the fresh bananas. The crackers stay crispy for several hours after chilling and even the next day they are not really soggy, just soft. You can enjoy a bigger portion of this pie without the guilt of high calories.
