Very good soup

This soup is so easy to make and very tasty. When I make it, I first brown a pound of sage sausage in a pot. When done, drain and set aside. Continue on with directions on the package and ingredients to the same pot. About 10 min before soup is done, add sausage to soup. Absolutely delish.

Minestrone is one of our favorite Bear Creek soup products. It is full of pasta and veggies, and is especially good when we add cut up meat (steak or small roast). The Walmart Bear Creek products are also less expensive than other stores. ($3+ vs $5+).

When made exactly to directions it was really good. It makes a large pot of soup, several meals for myself, so I froze the rest in serving size containers. The next bowl I made I added a dab of tomato paste and some garlic powder and again it was so good. Can't wait to try something different next time. The soup is real filling and thick with veggies and pasta. Was way beyond my expectations.
