Love the sleep app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a Fitbit before so was looking forward to seeing how this works and what functions it has. I haven't been disappointed. I have been using for around 3 weeks now and am still finding new features. My fav is the sleep function, I knew I slept badly and this has helped me set up a sleep pattern and hours that works for me, with hints and tips on how best to maximise a good nights sleep. The fitness aids are simple and easy to use and best of all the Fitbit gives great motivational hints, spurring you on to do more each week The watch itself is made of soft rubber material which is comfortable to wear all day long and doesn't interfere with my sleep at night. The led is bright and it's easy to slide through the functions on the watch setting up exercise goals. I have only charged my Fitbit once in 3 weeks so the battery life is fantastic. Been nice to be able to receive notifications that I've got a text or phone call on the watch as I often don't hear my phone in my handbag. There are recipes to access with little videos but these don't have an ingredient list so a minor irritation. I can log my food each day, see whether I'm keeping to my calories, protein etc. overall I am really pleased with my Fitbit wouldn't be without it now

Quality Fitness Tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a reliable and discrete tracker for health, fitness and sleep data like I was, then the new Inspire 3 is perfect. Smaller and more discreet with a colour screen. Battery lasts well over a week so I'm not having to charge often . Nice selection of clock faces in the easy to navigate app that connects the Fitbit to your android or apple smartphone . I would positively recommend this to those that don't want all the distractions and bulkiness of an apple watch or its android equivalent.

Bert fitbit ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use - great design & looks sleek. I have had a sense 2 in the past & the Inspire 3 really is that next level up. Easy to use, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Fitbit upgrade
