I did not want the orange flavoring so that eliminated both the regular brand and the unflavored Walmart brand. Because of price, I went with the less expensive Walmart brand. I have a significant, chronic condition so this is a product I have to use every day. I have been using this product for over a year and find it to work well. My cholesterol has improved slightly while using it. I would recommend it as a fiber supplement if your medical professional advises you to increase your fiber safely.

Fiber for Smoothies

This is not flavored so I can add it to my morning smoothies with frozen fruit and kefir and taste the fruit instead of artificial flavoring. I also get the fiber boost which helps my digestive tract. It does have a slight psyllium taste but this is not artificial. Love this.
