The sauce is rich, creamy, and full of warm spices without being overpowering. I like that it’s mild, so it works for the whole family, but you can always add extra heat if you prefer. The texture is smooth and coats the chicken really well, giving it that classic restaurant style feel at home. All I had to do was cook the chicken, pour in the sauce, and let it simmer,super convenient for busy nights. The flavor has a nice balance of tomato, butter, and spices, though I personally added a bit of garlic and chili flakes to enhance it. It pairs perfectly with rice or naan. I simmered my cooked chicken cubes for 15 minutes for the directions on the jar. The sauce was thick and velvety. Since I had made rice the night before, I decided to serve it over fettuccine noodles. I’d like the versatility that it can be used with meat or seafood. It was a hit in my household and will be in the dinner rotation going forward.
