Haven't used TurboTax this year, but have used it the last two years. The program easily walks you through doing your taxes step by step giving you tips a long the way of what you can and cannot deduct. You can pull up your completed tax forms and print them out to review before submitting. You can submit them through the program for a charge that can be deducted from your tax refund or you can print them out your tax forms and mail. It automatically populates your needed information from the previous year I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who needs a program to walk them through doing their taxes.

I had no trouble downloading the software. You do have to wait a few minutes after the purchase to receive an e-mail with the software link and activation key. The physical proof of purchase was received by USPS priority mail in less than 48 hours. Painless purchase with a definite cost savings over other sources (plus Walmart's purchase protection).
