10 times better than steroids!
Over all the years each time I've had poison ivy it has spread systemically and I've ended up on steroids to get it to stop. My son had a tube of this and recommended it. I was hesitant because I have not had any luck with any other products. It works like a miracle stops the itching, you do have to reapply it a few times. It's very easy to use. It is a small tube and expensive but the side effects from steroids are way more expensive than a tube of this stuff. I highlyrecommend it.

Zanfel - wonderful stuff - I would give it a 10
This stuff nips a poison oak outbreak in the bud. Use as soon as you get that tingly feeling, right before the eruption and the eruption doesn't happen! I keep Zanfel on hand in case I am ever accidently in contact with poison oak. I try to keep as far away as possible from any contact with poison oak as my outbreaks are severe. Since I found Zanfel, I have not needed any cortisone shots.
