Impossible to sharpen!!
The product itself is good but Loreal does not offer a corresponding sharpener so after a week or so of using it, it needs to be replaced. Very frustrating! Get rid of the useless tweezers and add a sharpener to every package and sales will skyrocket!

A Wonderful Idea, But...
I purchased this product because I wanted an all-in-one brow grooming tool, and I loved the built-in tweezers and brow brush. I was thrilled with it for the first week, and then I realized that the pencil is nearly impossible to sharpen. The plastic coating prevented my sharpener from reaching the wood underneath, and I had to use a knife to chip the coating away so I could sharpen it. Once I finally succeeded in sharpening it, the center fell out! This product is not very reusable.

Excellemt idea, love brush on pencil
The pencil sharpens poorly and doesn't last, it smudges and sweats off. Tweazers are cute but don't work great. LOVE the brush attatched keep pencil stun for brow brush. Great idea, just needs more work.
