Better than other similar priced sardines

My Husband eats A LOT of sardines and he prefers these over other grocery store sardines. He eats them as a snack or lunch at home. He takes them onto the porch with his crackers and cheese. I will eat a bite occasionally and I prefer the mustard ones. He doesn't like the sardines in water, only oil. Sardines are good for you and he gets his fish oil. Very quick and nothing to clean up and we get right back to farm work. Oh and very inexpensive. I buy 6-10 at a time.

Not too Mustardy

I am on a weight loss journey and these help me get to my protein goals easily. I keep them on hand in pantry for a good snack. I'm not a huge mustard person but these are pretty mellow and the sauce changes up the texture of the sardine if that's an issue.
