I absolutely love this frying pan by Drew Barrymore . The color is so refreshing. It's extremely easy to use and it works fabulously. I also like the fact that you can steam veggies veggies in it . Another plus is you have a place to hang the lid while not using it. I would buy it over the most expensive ones there. I love it by yours now in it. I've used this 2x once for a broccoli chicken fritatta and once for homemade hash browns (fried potatoes) and it works GREAT! The nonstick is actually nonstick!! I was able to just tilt the pan and every last bit of the fritatta slid right out on the serving plate beautifully! I felt like a pro... and the potatoes fried up perfectly and not a crumb was stuck! When I was done cooking each, clean up was a snap! I was able to take a paper towel and wipe it clean! I will add that I cooked both on low. So I'd guess high is probably quite hot, so you might want to start low and adjust up so you don't scorch anything. Has a nice, detachable lid rest. After removing the heating element/power cord, the base is fully submersible, I didn't need to but you do have that option. I got the sage green and it's a beautiful, soft color. I will be taking this in the RV. I can see it being great for cooking on-the-go outside on our camping table. It is a good size, so make sure you have a place to store or display it. I'm giving it 5 stars, without hesitation.
