I ordered the elliptical so I could continue with my physical therapy. I compared it to the one that they advertise on TV all the time for a lot more money. I got the same things for half of the cost of the one on TV. I showed to my physical therapist and she was impressed with what it came with the wireless remote. The speed remotes are excellent. I can actually sit on my sofa and use it. It's wonderful . I love the fact that with most of these machines you have to get a pad for your floor. This one does not move at all when you're using it need an extra mat.

It arrived yesterday and I used it on level one for 10 minutes. Today I used it for 25 minutes again on level one. Tomorrow I plan on using it on level two for at least 25 minutes again. I'm retired and feel I am not getting enough steps in .The manual is easy to understand and the machine is easy to use. Time goes quickly while watching TV.
