While it is brewing, it's so fresh smelling. I inhale it and I feel refreshing. The taste is smooth, and just love it! I brought the original classic roast which is between the light body and bold body, so it's considered as a medium roast. It has an expiration/best by date on it so you know your getting the freshest of the fresh. I keep my coffee in the refrigerator. You need to buy it, and you won't regret it!!
