Only back brace that isn't flimsy and folds over

You can remove the front “plate” and leave rear back plastic plate. The sturdy construction won't fold over in front without the plate in the “pocket “. It's more comfortable when sitting that way. Well made. All others are cheap construction. Buy this one.
