The seller sent the wrong item. I reached out to the seller regarding this issue within 30 days. I was informed that they sent a different one because the color I ordered was no longer available. However, they should have refunded my card instead of making decision to send anything. I was informed that a return label would be sent to me, which I never received. When I reached out later, I was told that this was an old order and that it was to later to exchange or refund. The seller ignored my messages when I tried to reach out again.
