We received our two almost a week early which was great because we were leaving town for a week!! Only complaint is they came in box with name on them so my kids saw what they were getting for Christmas :(

Poor communication from company. Package not received and status says shipped. However, when checking tracking status, it says damaged. What is being done? Is a replacement being shipped? Is my niece's Christmas gift going to arrive before dec 25, 2016?
