Exact time co

i never received this watch. who delivered it. ups FedEx or postal. they said they put it by the door. but nothing has been found. we have never had this problem before.

See my review of the purchase experience. The watch was not accurately described on the WM website. Seiko model SUP024 was produced from 2000 - 2010 ... according to the seller's email to me. My concerns to the seller were not adequately addressed. I received the watch with NO warranty info, NO Seiko guarantee and NO Seiko registration form. Seiko informed me that their warranties are valid only when purchased on the Seiko website or through an authorized Seiko dealer. Know what you are buying!! The watch might have been perfectly fine, but I was not willing to risk it considering the entire purchase experience.

The watch stopped working after 2 months. Turns out they sold me this watch that was a 2011 manufacture date. Seiko would not stand behind any warranty, and exact time only suggested I change the battery at my cost. I changed the battery after Seiko returned it to me, and when I started to set up this watch for the perpetual calendar, the stem came out and would not go back in. I thrashed the watch.

Do not buy a watch from Exact time co. The “new” watch stopped working within a week of receipt. We reached out and they would only respond to our initial email and then would not follow up with a way to return the item. We even took to a jeweler and he could not repair it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.

It came as expected and packaged well no complaints on that aspect

i bought this for my grandpa for his birthday and he loves it! it's beautiful and works perfect

Watch came running fast and collected condensation after washing hands once. Received a suspicious email from the seller after ordering begging to reach out if there is a problem instead of writing a review or issuing a chargeback. Seller didn’t respond when I emailed saying the watch came broken.

Delivered wrong item and is not responsive to buyer.
