Exact time co

I purchased this watch on 6/24/2025 and it was shipped 2 days later and it took less than a week before it arrived. I really liked the watch but after wearing it for one day the metal piece that is for the 8 came off and wasn’t really a problem. However two days later the 9 was coming out of its place on the watch and contacted the seller. The next day they sent me a mailing label “postage paid” and I shipped the watch back to them. They received the watch on July 14, 2025 but never acknowledged that they had received it. I sent several email asking what was going on with no reply from them. They had included a phone number that I could text them at and when I did they quickly replied with the following: “We are working on It for you we are not ignoring you, we have been a little busy organizing our warehouse. Please give us some time”. It has been 10 days since they received the watch and they never replied to my email only my text. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

i recieved the watch on the 16th of June.. i immediatly set the watch and within 24 hours it lost 30 minutes. the watch can not keep time. It is obvious I recieved a reconditioned watch in a non facory carton. when I called a phone enclosed with the watch, I was connected with someone who barely could speak english. I was told he checked the watch and it was fine but maybe I could get the battery locally or send the watch to them to change the battery. he then mumbled something unintelagable and I gave up. This company is a disgrace that sells reject pieces.

I purchased a Pulsar V783-X003 watch online from Exact Time Company through the Walmart Marketplace, but unfortunately, it arrived defective and would not run. After researching, I found that this model was originally manufactured between 2000 and 2009. The manufacturing date of a Pulsar watch is typically determined by deciphering the serial number on the case back or by referring to the original guarantee paperwork, if available. The watch I received had the serial number 251031, which suggests a manufacturing date of October 31, 2025—a date that has yet to occur. This raised serious concerns about the watch’s authenticity. I contacted the seller multiple times via email with questions about this, including whether the watch was vintage, but I received no response. Further research revealed that the seller, Exact Time Company, based in New York City, is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully, Walmart Marketplace refunded my purchase after I reported the issue. However, based on this experience, I would still advise caution to anyone considering a purchase from this seller, Exact Time Company, even when buying through a trusted platform like Walmart.

Watched arrived promptly, however it is very obviously a USED watch. Definitely not brand new. Case has several scratches (especially on the caseback) and traces of dirt on the back and between the lugs on the watch. Nowhere on the item page was it stated or represented that this watch was in USED condition. Should be CLEARLY stated that the item is USED. Very shady. Definitely would be extremely hesitant to purchase a watch from this seller again. I've seen other reviews of this seller that state they got what they ordered -- so I'm sure that not all of their listings are bad.. but keep that in mind when placing an order. Buyer beware.

Walmart was super all thru the deal. There was a shipping delay and walmart offered great support. All of the people that I worked with were very good.

The seller had the watch packaged very securely with all the paperwork enclosed. Plus a discount was in life's for a future purchase.

Tried to return the nonfunctional and was told to start a return on Wal-Mart marketplace. The "Start a Return" option was not available. Caveat Emptor!

Watch arrived as expected for shipping timing, but watch was defective. Stopped working after 4 months.
