I purchased this watch on 6/24/2025 and it was shipped 2 days later and it took less than a week before it arrived. I really liked the watch but after wearing it for one day the metal piece that is for the 8 came off and wasn't really a problem. However two days later the 9 was coming out of its place on the watch and contacted the seller. The next day they sent me a mailing label “postage paid” and I shipped the watch back to them. They received the watch on July 14, 2025 but never acknowledged that they had received it. I sent several email asking what was going on with no reply from them. They had included a phone number that I could text them at and when I did they quickly replied with the following: “We are working on It for you we are not ignoring you, we have been a little busy organizing our warehouse. Please give us some time”. It has been 10 days since they received the watch and they never replied to my email only my text. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.
