It started a bit rocky when i opened this big beautiful box two days after I ordered to find that the shipper sent me a year supply of dunken doughnut coffee pods. I contacted Walmart they said absolutely no problem they refunded my money so i could buy the tablet again. Two days later I got a box with a beautiful tablet! It works great by the way. Everything went smoothly and even a four day wait for a tablet is still pretty great. Thanks

Why sell a product that takes forever to charge and the charger ain’t the right one for it

iPhone 14 itself was in good condition. The problem is I was promised at least 80% battery capacity and mine was at 76%. So now I have to spend another $100 at the Apple Store to replace the battery…

It’s been almost 2 months I informed them I never received the package I’ve called Walmart 4 times still nothing I am really upset and frustrated with kiss and Walmart

Clear, responsive and easy to deal with. What you want and need from a seller of refurbished electronics. The first phone sent may have been defective, but the seller was excellent in resolving the problem.

Condition was not “like new” as described. It had a decent scratch on it. However, to their credit, the seller did make it right with me. So overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

If I could provide negative stars, I would. This device is not refurbished whatsoever. It took several HOURS to charge only to get to 45% and within 5 minutes it dropped to 11%. Literally just putting in the apple ID, the ipad got warm. This device is 100% trash and Kiss Electronics is a hassle to contact. I’ve had so trouble trying to return this device. Please do not buy from them. If issues finally get resolved then I will update my review. If the review is as such.. it means I’m still in with Kiss Electronics

"like new iphone" not really like new, also, battery below 80% while despcription says it will be above.

I received my iPad without a code I can’t get in the iPad 😡
