The only complaint is the charger that came with it didn't charge the tablet well. I had to order a new one to test the tablet and make sure it worked. Other than that the tablet works great. There was a little wearing on the outside edges of the back of the tablet, so it definitely appears refurbed. It was for my 5 year old, so she doesn't notice but older kids/adults might.
