There is a relatively obvious scratch on the front screen that does not impede my ability to use the device. I do not have any complaints with this phone. I was able to use my previous SIM card in it, it holds a charge well, and my information copied over without issue. This a a good phone so far and an affordable and environmentally responsible alternative to buying a new phone.

Don't do it

Phone had more scratches than expected from a "Like New" refurbished phone. Replaced the battery in the phone with a none genuine apple battery so the phone constantly reminds me of it. Can't check battery health because they replaced it with a none genuine apple battery. On top of that when I’m on the phone no one can hear me. Just a horrible experience.
