I ordered 12 Renuzit Adjustable Air Freshener Gel cones and only received one. The ad on the Walmart website did not say how many cones but the price was $10.99. In the store, the price for each cone is $1.24. Other ads on the Walmart site for Renuzit Adjustable Air Freshener Gel cones that charge $10-plus state that the order includes 12 cones. The ad for the one I ordered didn't say how many cones so I asked the AI Assistant and it responded that the order included 12 cones. When I only received one, I called Walmart Cust Serv and the rep called this seller and the seller said that that the $10.99 order included only one cone, not 12. Really? $10.99 for one cone when each costs $1.24 in the store? Now I have to return this sole cone for a refund and the seller states that I'll be issued a refune 3 to 5 weeks after they receive the return. Incredible! I wish there was a way to block this seller from my Walmart account so its items won't show up when I'm shopping.
