A Birthday Place

It was broken both of them were and not usable. I bought it for our kids’s birthday and I bought two of them just in case and they were both broken

Only complaint is it arrived later than it was supposed to but not sellers fault!

The communication wasn’t the best. I had to send in 2 emails before I got a response and still didn’t get what I asked for that was a free service provided by the company. I don’t recommend.

Did not ship in time for my son's birthday and they still charged me for the order even though I was initially told I didn't need to return it for a refund after I had requested a refund when it was noted it would arrive late.

They communicated as soon as I sent in my order. It arrived quickly and was just what I wanted.

Expected the ususal 3 days to arrive as all other orders placed on Walmart.com, it about 2 weeks to arrive, wasn't shipped immediately according to the tracking information on the website. Sugar was fine, it just arrived after I needed it. So, it was of no use to me!

I wish they would have stated that it came in a plastic zip bag instead of a jar or container. I would not have purchased it.

The original package was lost in the mail. The seller was quick to respond and almost immediately got a replacement in the mail. Would absolutely recommend this seller and product!
