Very disappointed w/ printing quality and shipping

Shipping was a full day late despite them saying it would get here by Friday morning. Envelope was folded despite it saying "do not bend". Image I sent was stretched to fit instead of them telling me they needed to adjust the proportion so it would look normal. the print out was skewed so it looked completely distorted and unusable. Color was very faded and not even close to accurate. like washed out blue. Extremely disappointed. I would provide pictures but they are people's faces and I do not have permission to share. I had high hopes because they responded to my email so quickly but after that the entire thing was completely disappointing.

My son requested a party theme that i couldn't find anything for in stores. I sent a picture and asked for it to say happy 10th birthday (with his name)! And it was sent to me within a few days of ordering and looked exactly as requested. It fit perfectly over the round cake i bought. I also used an ice cream cake, and this even worked perfectly on top of that. I left it in the packaging until about 15 mins before cutting the cake because it was an ice cream cake, and we had no issues at all. My son and his friends thought it was the best cake ever!
