Another seller with zero issues. Would purchase again.

The packaging for the edible cake topper could have been less flimsy. The envelope was bent a little but luckily, it did not damage the cake topper.

The listing said it was for 144 toppers. I received 12. It arrived late and I had to purchase others, which were 1/10th of the cost at a local bakery. They arrived in haphazard packaging. If I didn’t need them so urgently, I’d return them because the listing was completely misleading.

they sent me the wrong item. i ordered a shark candle not a man candle.

My original order was missing part of the order, so I reached out to A Birthday Place via email. They shipped the correct items the same day and I received it the following day, just in time for the party. I appreciated their willingness to make it right and their quick response.

item was not properly packed. 2 corners were damaged. I'm not sure what i am going to be able to do about this.

Horrible ..recharged card after Walmart refund d/t late and broke delivery. Walmart customer service was great but not the Birthday Place. .
