I want to share my experience to warn others about a company called “Sun %26 Time”, which appears to be running a dishonest operation through this platform.
I placed an order with them and attempted to cancel it before it had shipped. They falsely claimed it had already been sent, only for it to arrive later—proving that wasn’t true. After receiving the item, I requested a return label and confirmed their 30-day return policy via email.
I returned the item within the return window, in sellable condition, with all original materials included. However, they later claimed that because the *demo lenses* had come out of the frames, the product was now “completely useless”—a claim that anyone familiar with eyewear knows is completely false. This showed a concerning level of ignorance about their own product.
Despite my efforts to clarify (including providing ChatGPT-sourced information about demo lenses), they refused to issue a full refund. I paid $260 and they refunded only $129—keeping both the item and a significant portion of my money.
This is nothing short of theft.
They used a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and when I investigated further, I found the company address on the return label corresponds not to “Sun %26 Time” but to eWatches USA, a name under which numerous other similar complaints have been filed.
I’ve since reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I wish I had read the reviews beforehand—many others have experienced similar deceptive tactics.
❗Avoid purchasing from “Sun %26 Time” (or eWatches USA) at all costs.
They are clearly prepared to take advantage of unsuspecting, honest buyers—and they make no effort to hide it.
