I placed my order, it said it went through, and l was given a delivery date. After about two weeks, l was told they canceled my order and l was refunded. No explanation or anything. Very poor experience and on the sellers part!!!

This order was never received. I went to post office to verify delivery and they said they could not verify that tracking number. Ordered in February it said delivered April 1st. I checked with carrier she does not recall. It was not at my door either.

avoid this seller! my order arrived over a week after it should have. seller communicated no delay, and when I enguired was told that sometimes things shipped without the tracking info getting scanned in. The next day tracking info came through and showed it was just accepted by USPS in the seller's location. I will never buy from them again. being behind is one thing. lying about it another.

item was not shipped until 9 days after shipping label created and stated shipped. USPS stated the did not get item until 9 days after lable created. The Gallon bottle was not sealed, appeared opened and then taped shut with packaging tape. Would not purchasing from this seller.

Took it seemed several weeks to get communication that order on its way to me - then it was wrong and when confronted seller, seller wanted to know what I ordered. Well, duh! seller should know! Then when seller agreed to return it took longer than should to get return label. Walmart sent directions for return thru FEDEX but in meantime seller eventually sent return label. FEDEX is 45 minutes from where I live. Sent back using seller label and have asked Walmart to refund me. Sent item back on 5/15/25. This purchase was too much trouble. First such incident with WalMart and will continue to buy though Walmart. This time found what I need from eBay!!!!

Not packed correctly and some of it spilled out making a big mess

My package was delivered on time and the item was well packaged because it's a chemical.

my hair dye was poorly packages and came half empty leaking onto my other mail.

Quality product and is packaged well for shipment !!!
