So the materials are good durable but I ordered 2 sets and they only shipped me one. I told them I'm missing a set and the manufacturer says they shipped 2 Either it got lost or they didn't count what they should but they would fix it. Luckily I talked to Walmart and they refunded me one.

This was sent to my door via one of the big carriers. It was packaged in a camping bag for dishes...netting and draw string. Well done! Salute!

I think the person shipping for them needs help. My package was flimsy at best, with no padding therefore the largest pot arrived with a dent. I sent an e-mail to the company thru it’s website and haven’t heard anything back. I would buy this again but not from them since their customer service is also very poor. They s item should have been packaged in another box with bubble wrap!!

I got the sandals in a reasonable amount of time and they were boxed satisfactorily.

They sent the item very quickly and it was well packaged.

I received it in time and the transaction was fine. Price was right so I have no complaint.

When are you going to ship the windscreen and the emergency fire starter to complete my order?
