I love the product. It’s took forever to come. It got lost in the mail. Other than that I love it.

Seller shipped me the wrong item. They sell two similar sets of tool bags - one with no logo and a cheaper version with a large logo on all the bags with silly new age line of text underneath. I paid for the more expensive bags to get the ones with no logo. They shipped me the cheaper ones, which appear (there is a new part number sticker placed on top of the original one) to have perhaps been re-labeled as the more expensive ones

I need to return this because it doesn't work, gears are not sendingthe cards through

Shipping and handling was amazing. The card shuffler doesn't work well at all. It jams every time you deal. We use nothing but good cards, and that is only 4 decks at a time. Sorry we couldn't give you better news.

The listing makes these look like real dishes, very misleading.

The description stated oil lamps, as in plural, meaning more than one. The picture seemed to show 2 lamps. Received one oil lamp. Contacted seller, thinking it was simply an oversight. They did promptly respond, I received my full order of one lamp, it was not for two lamps. I explained that plural is lamps, singular is lamp. They responded that they would share the information with their marketing department. No change has been made and that was several weeks ago. The website still states lamps. This is misleading and a deception. Until this is corrected, rest assured there will be no further dealings with this seller.

I was suppose to get two oil lamps and only received one

Great transaction, merchandise on time and intact. I would be happy to do business again.

Good efficient, communication, prompt delivery. Sorry, but my bag broke so I gave it away to a customer with their delivery inside and I won’t be buying this again.
