It took more than a week to send me a message that the product has arrived, but I have never received it. Waiting for 2 more day to make sure that it’s missing, as they recommended, then file a claim to Walmart (which takes multiple step, including chatting with a robot, chatting with agents, calling to the customer center, being transferred between two different agents, explaining the issue again and again), then finally I get the refund of $10. They are not able to just sending the item again, so if I want it, I will have to order again and repeat all the processes and waiting time. I don’t recommend wasting that much of time on it.

Product came on time. It looked just like it was in the picture. No issues I would recommend this item.

I'm buying all my Stainless Steel Malt Cups from this business from now on.

Stay away from this company...very bad experience !!!
