After I received the laptop I plugged it in only to find that the battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. The screen and case were both heavily scratched and scuffed. The operating system isn’t able to update because of how old it is. So I basically bought a paperweight that looks horrible and is useless. I wouldn’t trust or buy from this seller again.
