They are Honest!!! USPS lost my item. I emailed them and in less than 24 hrs they got back to me with the offer of replacement or refund. I chose replacement and had it in 3 days. These people care about their customers. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. They are what others should strive to be.

I ordered a mirror mount. A week later, I received a bag of connectors (wrong items sent). Not once did anyone from this establishment apologize for their mistake. They just told me to return the items they sent by mistake. Rude and slow.
