This chair is not an extra large recliners. a very nice chair for someone who is smaller but not for a larger person. I had a problem with the seller trying to returning the recliner. I never received a email from them in regards to the chair they sent the email to Walmart and offered 10% off to keep the chair.

I’ve been working on returning these chairs for several weeks and their assistance is the worst I’ve ever had from a company

Never received my item and the seller is being difficult about a refund.

Broken gear, no communication, no support. Fessluca might not even be a real company. Don’t buy.

Overall communication with the seller is no good received the item and put it together Friday night noticed a piece came damaged so sent a message thru Walmart same night didn’t get a response till Monday morning which I can understand because it was the weekend and not a buisness day but I sent what they ask for same day they responded and here we are 3days later and no response

Ordered product arrived as such without damaged and on estimated time!

It was shipped ok! Did not get what was advertised and I thought ordered! Suppse to ROCK! I’m still waiting for it to ROCK! I rechecked the website 4times the put together instructions to make sure I put the chair together right! Still waiting! Not Rocking! I am elderly, online shopping is not a favorite of mine! I like to see what I’m purchasing! It’s not a bad chair just not what was advertised! Apparently these ads lie! I have no way of returning this chair! I reached out and was only offered a 10% discount! I find that to be unacceptable! I’m waiting to see yet again what the response will be hopefully after this review! I’m just moving from Florida With nothing and not able to go out on my own! That’s why I’m also very leery about purchasing items online! The saying goes you get what you pay for! You absolutely do and I’m not happy about it!! Specially where all this crap is coming from! That’s why my expectations weren’t all that high just very, very very disappointed! I don’t have money to be wasting! This chair will end up being for company only I don’t have the strength to pull the cord to make the foot rest to come up!

this chair was awful after 2 months it is now in storage. this chair does not rock or swivel waa told wal mart advertised wrong im not sure about thay so they refunded 35 dollars. This chai had no padding it is a small recliner and very hard. I wish i had never bought it so i am now out of that money plus money i used to buy a nice recliner. Dont waat your money

The husband is writing this review. THE CHAIR RECEIVED IS A CHEAP CHAIR. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE CHAIR SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.
