Good machine, broken piece bad customer service

Overall the machine looks good only reason I give it a low score is a piece came broken on it which is the piece that's supposed to hold the smith barbell which if you think of it is scary because the only reason why it broke was because of the little two tac welds they put on it didn't hold in the packaging I will attach pictures of the broken one and the one that came good that its supposed to look like but even with this issue I contacted the seller right of way which was on a Friday night didn't get an answer untill Monday morning which I get because of business days and what not but still have yet to hear back from them which is annoying because the machine is built but I just can't use the smith machine part to it
