Not satisfied with this product at all. Recliner doesn't go all the way up to put feet up, the arm rests fall sideways on their own they don't stay up and doesn't recline back to lay down.

The chair is very difficult to assembly with very poor instructions. Number 1 number 2, after just a little over a month of uversus, things are starting to come up. I can see all the vibrating points in the chair. I can see in the back in the sheet. The handle thing to release this foot. It only brings it up. Maybe not you're gonna half way to get app all the way you gotta get off. The chair and snap it in the place and it might not even hold it up all the time. It's just very poor quality. And I'm not happy at all.I would like to get a refund please
