The coffee came out good. The k-cup side worked as well. My problem was that I was use to a peculator coffee pot and I kept trying to do same with this one. It was not pretty. It also does not have a timer to start in morning.

Like i said in the original review, false advertising is not okay when you say it has attachments, you should send the attachments. I brought the item back to the store and still haven't gotten my refund.

Terrible experience would never shop with them again sent me a product of lesser value not what I ordered and not what was presented. It’s as if it’s a bait and switch.. I could see how somebody would open this and install it and think that this was the product that they originally payed for. Read the fine print on the package you receive.
