Item was shipped in brown wrapping paper. Box was really messed up and item was ready to fall out the bottom of the box. I took the item to my local store for a refund as I didn’t trust item with such loose packaging .

The rating could be better, but this was the second order from this seller. The first item never arrived and seller later tried to claim the item came before tracking said it was left near mail box. I second item came after being delayed twice, however the paper covering the box was torn and the box itself was damaged box and some damage had been taped more than once, The supposed new item seemed to be loose inside the box. Either this company has employees that do not know how or simply don't do a good job. I have pictures of the torn packaging and damaged box.

do yourself a favor and buy made in the USA items. custom service's English is terrible!!!

EZE, LLC sent out product to me quickly, very satisfied. Air purifier condition more (like new) not a brand new product, Box was previously opened. Which is why I got such a great price. However was still able to register the air purifier and get full warranty with the manufacturer.

Shipping and handling was prompt, arrived sooner than was estimated from the start. Two thumbs up!

Product was defective, merchant would not allow return, nor give refund

The router I ordered arrived promptly %26 I appreciate that the outer packaging hid what was inside. My complaint is that I suspect this item must have been previously used. Firstly, when setting up this new router %26 app, it requested that I scan the QR code that was missing and looks like it had been removed. Secondly, the quick start guide is also missing. Thirdly the one-time password provided for setup didn't work %26 said wrong password entered, as though the one-time password had already been changed. Had to do factory reset to be able to setup this router.

Good shipping, although the package appeared to be opened and was sold as new. The guidebook was missing and some parts were unwrapped.
