Little mixup on shipping, but otherwise this greenhouse is fantastic. Didn’t realize how warm it would be. Yes it did take a while to bill. I’ve got extra fasteners very nice. All my parts and pieces were there. Couple pieces were bent easy to fix. Actually, it was a very good product very happy with it.

It was delayed. I got a refund, like they said to do. It shows up after refund. I tried to take it back but Walmart wouldn’t take it back, tried FedEx also. Talked to a person at Walmart for a code, never got. I have screenshots where the person at Walmart come back and said not to worry just keep the chair and we would refund . I also talk to 2 people that said for sure this would be refunded. Well guess it was all lies. Never again !!!!

Very poor experience. The item arrived with damage to it. The advertisement says "Extended holiday returns, Free Holiday returns until Jan 31" Two days after the item arrived I took it to the local Walmart store. They said they cannot accept marketplace items and to contact the seller. I lugged it back home and contacted the seller who said that it is too difficult to return and they wouldn't accept it. Very poor experience. Stay away!
