I hired a person to help me assemble this pergola. It was only when putting it together we saw they'd sent the wrong size! I ordered the 12x14 and they sent a 10x12! I called Walmart customer service and the were kind and said they'd contact the seller to rectify the issue! NEVER HEARD back from either Walmart or the seller! HORRIBLE service for two huge companies!
