Horrible. Sent messages on 2 occasions with no response. Completely unprofessional and the item they sold was trash. It did not work as described. Not usable.

But as we look through our messages, we see that both of your messages were responded to nearly immediately with a full quick test checklist to rule out any potential issues and an offer to assist with a return if the unit was defective. We ask that you please reach out to Walmart customer service directly to let them know that you are not receiving messages, as we can provide screenshots showing that we have in fact, been responding to all of your messages. We have contacted Walmart customer service several times about this exact issue with customers not receiving our messages, but we do think that more customers reporting the issue as well may incentivise them to address any bugs or issues with thier messaging service.

We have screenshots showing that we have been responding to every message. We have authorized this return for you on two different message threads and have been sending prepaid labels through the official Walmart messaging service for you. We do apologize that you are having this experience, so we do ask that you please report the issue directly to Walmart customer service so that they can attend to any bugs that may be present in their messaging service.

Don’t use this seller. They took my money and shipped the wrong product. No response from emails attempting to initiate return. Sonic Electronix punts you to their “SE Support” tasked with handling Walmart orders, claiming they will get right on it. Two weeks later, no response. $275.00 out of my bank account. At what point does this constitute fraud?

Poor customer service. I reached out to you 2 times. No reply. I never received that item. But I'm still being charged. I shouldn't have to pay for item never received.

As we look into the tracking associated to this order, we do see proof positive that this order was delivered on time to the address stated in the order form at the time of purchase. Your original message stated that you did not receive the earbuds you ordered, but we do not understand fully as this order you placed with our company was for car subwoofers. We do apologize, but we think you may be leaving feedback on the wrong seller in this instance.

My speaker blew on low bass and I had wiring professional install from Best Buy tried to contact them threw Walmart and never got a response I’m still within my 30 day warranty as I type this… don’t waste your time with this company they do not respond
