Don't buy from this seller/shipper

The product looked fine, but did not fit existing van camera connection. The return had to go through the seller/shipper and there has been zero response . I have sent two return requests and have not receive a response from the shipper. I am very frustrated that I can not deal with Walmart directly. All I get are automated responses.
