Purchased a Pentax K-50 camera, through Walmart.com. Came in a very ratty box, missing the owner's manual and battery charger. This was sold as a new item but appears to have been a return. I will test it with AA batteries before deciding to return it as I need a camera but since it already was a return, there is likely to be a problem and will need to be returned

This company sent us a defective device that did not work electrically , and then issued a refund and too almost 3 weeks to reverse this refund and take money out of our account against our consent and knowledge, claiming that we sent the wrong item back to them when we sent the exact device that we were sent. This required us this very day since our electrician was at our home to repurchase a nest on a separate purchase presented to Walmart.Com as form of a complaint for more but that worked very well since. Please be very careful and check your device to make sure it works. Walmart.Com and corporate division have an amazing guarantee process that remedied this matter in conclusion , however, we want people to know about our experience. In many cases it may not even be the vendor but the nest company here , but it is how our complaints to this vendor were never responded that forced us to reach out to Walmart Corporate.

Came quickly. Should choose another carrier didn’t handle the item with care. The box was scratched and dented and ripped. Luckily it was well secured and nothing happened. Good bundle
