Never received the item!!! It was for my granddaughter's birthday and I got an email message that said the item was delivered but I never received it. Then, my account was credited 2 days later. Never received any other communication that the order was cancelled or what happened to my order. I have been trying to get in touch with the company and no one is responding. Very disappointed!
